Sadguru Hospitals warmly welcomes families, Essential Care Partners (ECPs)/support persons, and visitors to our hospital and community facilities. We strive to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable during their visit.
With the improving pandemic situation and the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, Sadguru Hospitals has updated its visitor and ECP guidelines in line with current safety standards. However, as the COVID-19 situation evolves, we may implement further changes to prioritize the health and safety of our patients, healthcare teams, and the community.
Guidelines At A Glance
At Sadguru Hospitals, we aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and organized environment for all visitors, Essential Care Partners (ECPs), and patients. Before arriving at the hospital, please familiarize yourself with our visitor guidelines to ensure a smooth experience. Expanded visitor access is now available as per updated safety protocols, but all visitors must adhere to the hospital's policies. This includes following hygiene practices, wearing masks where required, and respecting patient care zones.
Public Entrances
- When you arrive at the hospital, please use the designated Public Entrance for screening and guidance. Our staff will assist you with directions and ensure all necessary safety checks are completed. During your visit, we encourage visitors to maintain social distancing and follow all safety instructions provided by our care teams. Once your visit is over, we request you to exit promptly and sanitize your hands at the exit points. Your cooperation will help us maintain a safe environment for all patients and healthcare staff.

Sadguru Hospitals now allows more visitors and Essential Care Partners (ECPs) in accordance with updated safety protocols. However, guidelines must be followed to ensure patient and staff safety.
On the Day of Your Visit
- Familiarize yourself with hospital policies, including visitor hours and safety measures. If you feel unwell, please postpone your visit to avoid risking others' health.
- Use the designated Public Entrance for entry. Undergo safety screenings and follow staff instructions. Masks and hand sanitization are mandatory in specific areas.
- Maintain social distancing, wear a mask when required, and limit movement to approved areas. Follow all hospital guidelines to ensure a safe visit.
- Exit the hospital promptly after your visit. Sanitize your hands before leaving and avoid lingering in common areas to ensure smooth operations for others.
